The filling is water or air, which dramatically reduces damage to your hands and wrists, and gives the feeling that you hit the flesh of a real person. MaxxMMA water heavy bag is especially suited to women and people with problems in their wrists because of the soft counter-impact it causes. The inner layer is made of a double rubber made of strong silicone. The weight of the bag is adjustable. There is an extra soft cushion wrap on the heavy bag. The complect includes a two-year warranty on the water tank. Also, the set includes a jumping rope, boxing gloves for a heavy bag workout, and random colored wrist wraps. So, you get an extremely good training kit.
